Florida Nonprofit Alliance is proud to share our 2025 Annual Report, a reflection on a year marked by growth, collaboration, and a stronger collective voice for Florida's nonprofit sector.
As our most recent Nonprofits Survey showed, 2025 saw nonprofit organizations across the state faced staff and volunteer burnout as organizations navigated rising costs, increased demand for services, and a rapidly evolving policy landscape.
Despite these challenges, Florida's nonprofits remained on the front lines of their communities, responding to local needs and improving quality of life for millions of Floridians.
Reflecting on a Defining Year for Florida Nonprofit Alliance
As Florida's statewide association for nonprofits, Florida Nonprofit Alliance worked to ensure organizations had access to the information, resources, connections, and advocacy needed to navigate this environment and advance their missions.
Our 2025 Annual Report highlights a year that included the launch of Florida Nonprofit Day, bringing leaders from across the sector to Tallahassee and engage with policymakers directly; the continued growth of our membership community and expansion of member benefits; and the release of research that elevated the challenges and opportunities facing our sector.
It also reflects something larger than any single event or initiative. Every webinar, research release, conference session, policy discussion, and member conversation contributed to our broader effort to strengthen the sector's ability to advocate for itself, demonstrate its value, and more effectively respond to the needs of Florida's communities.
The accomplishments outlined in this report are only made possible through the support of our members, partners, funders, board of directors, and the nonprofit leaders who engage with our work every day. Their commitment continues to shape a more connected, informed, and resilient sector.
