About Florida Nonprofit Day
Florida's nonprofits are important partners in strengthening communities, providing essential services and contributing to the state's economy. Decisions made at the state level can have a direct impact on their work and the people who rely on it.
Since 2025, Florida Nonprofit Alliance has hosted Florida Nonprofit Day to provide a dedicated opportunity for nonprofit leaders to showcase the size and power of Florida's nonprofit sector, participate in the policymaking process, and bring their perspectives directly to Tallahassee.
During this annual two-day event, attendees also hear from sector leaders on best practices for advocacy and lobbying work, learn about legislative issues, and connect with peers through dedicated learning sessions and networking events.
Florida Nonprofit Day 2027

Now in its third year, this annual gathering brings Florida's nonprofit sector together in the Capitol to meet with legislators and demonstrate the collective strength and impact of our community.
Over two days, nonprofit leaders will connect and network with peers from across the state, explore the latest data on Florida's nonprofit sector, and meet directly with your State Representatives and Senators to bring collective action to advocate for policy priorities.
