We're pleased to partner with Connect For More for our monthly consultants-only virtual meeting where we'll be facilitating discussion on pressing issues facing consultants from around Florida.  The meeting is open to any consultant working with nonprofits in Florida.

August's topic is: When the AI Question Isn't Really About AI: What We're All Seeing in Our Clients and will be facilitated by Michelle Haynes, Principal Consultant of Haynes Resources.

Nearly every consultant working with nonprofits is getting questions about AI.  Some clients want to know which tool to use. Others are worried about risk. Some just know AI is showing up in their organization and aren't sure what to do next.  Once you start digging, the conversation often becomes less about AI itself and more about how the organization already works.

Participants will compare notes on what we're all seeing.

We'll discuss:

• What clients are actually asking when they bring up AI, and what they're worried about underneath it.
• The tools staff are already using that leadership doesn't fully see, and what that puts at risk.
• When the issue really is the technology, and when it's something underneath the way the work already runs.
• How you're helping clients move forward without adding to the overwhelm.
