Grigsby, Ph.D. (Dr. Bill) is a strategist, consultant, and organizational leader with extensive experience in business consulting, financial strategy, governance, and nonprofit capacity building. He is the Founder and President of Vanguard Impact Foundation, where he leads initiatives focused on strengthening nonprofits and small businesses through consulting, leadership development, and operational education.

Dr. Grigsby holds a Ph.D. in Nonprofit and Public Organizational Management, an MBA in Business Law and Accounting, and a BBA in Business Management and Psychology. His multidisciplinary background allows him to bridge strategic vision with practical execution, helping organizations build strong systems, improve financial discipline, and scale responsibly.
