Cornerstone Connections

Cornerstone Connections, Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building communities throughout Central Florida. Through a comprehensive network of workforce development, family stabilization, supportive case management, and fatherhood engagement programs, Cornerstone Connections serves individuals and families facing economic hardship, unemployment, housing instability, and other barriers to long-term self-sufficiency.
