A Benefit for FNA Members
The Florida Nonprofit Alliance Legal Services Program, is a benefit providing members access to high-quality legal support.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, a renowned statewide law firm with expertise in various legal specialties. Once established as a client, members will receive 10 hours of pro bono (at no cost to the organization) legal support to address needs such as:
- Bylaws and corporate governance review
- Employment law and handbook review
- Compliance work
- Drafting contracts, MOUs, and licensing agreements
- Real estate matters
- Pre-litigation counsel relating to legal disputes
- DEI review
Other legal services may be available as well. Please note that this program will not cover lawsuits and is subject to a conflicts check.
Once you have completed the intake form, you will be connected with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart to start the process. Your specific legal issue is confidential - please do not share it with FNA staff.
After the conclusion of your legal project, you will be required to complete a survey.
