About Nonprofits Count!

Nonprofits Count! is the biennial conference hosted by Florida Nonprofit Alliance.  This gathering brings the leaders of our state’s nonprofits together to discuss advocacy and the state of our sector. In attendance will be approximately 125 key influencers for nonprofits: CEOs, board members and public policy staff from across Florida. Over the course of the day, there is ample time to network with attendees during breaks, and over lunch so exhibitors can share information with attendees about their products and services. 

 

About the Exhibitor Experience:

There will be a limited number of exhibitor spots, which will allow participants to more fully interact with all exhibitors.

 

Exhibitor benefits include:

  • One 8’ table, draped, with a chair.  No power is available. 
  • One ticket to the conference 
  • Additional tickets may be purchased at the rate of $100 for members, $170 for non-members
  • Exhibitor name and website on the conference webpage
  • Promotion in the Exhibitor section of the event app, hosted by Whova

 

Exhibitor Guidelines:

  • Exhibitor spots are for consultants, businesses, or other groups that provide products or services to nonprofit organizations or nonprofit employees.  Exhibitors must not have a political or partisan message, subject to the approval of FNA.
  • Exhibitors may set up on Thursday, September 18th between 10AM-12:30PM at the Center for Health and Wellbeing, 2005 Mizell Ave, Winter Park, FL.  Exhibitors may break down on Friday, September 19th between 1:30-3PM.
  • The event is Thursday, September 18th from 1PM-7PM and Friday, September 19th from 8:15AM-2PM.
  • Displays and arranged materials must be done in such a manner as to not obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors.  Decorations and adornments should be in good taste and are subject to review by FNA and the facility.
  • At any time, FNA reserves the right to refuse exhibitor applications not meeting standards required or expected, and the right to curtail or to close exhibits or parts of exhibits that reflect unfavorably on the character of the conference. This applies to displays, literature, advertising, novelties, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc.
  • Refund policy is as follows:
    • Cancellations before August 15th will receive a full refund, minus a $30 admin fee
    • Cancellations between August 16th and September 10th will receive a 25% refund.
    • No refunds will be made if the exhibitor cancels between September 11th and September 18th or fails to appear at the conference.
    • If the conference is canceled, FNA will refund the full amount.
