Join Florida Nonprofit Alliance and Volunteer Florida for a webinar about Volunteer Management Best Practices. Learn new ways to describe the value of volunteers, and how to strategically maximize volunteer impact. Beginning with community needs assessments and ending with measuring outcomes, you will exchange ideas, and leave with actionable ideas for recruiting, managing and retaining volunteers!

Jovita Woodrich is the Volunteer Services Director at Volunteer Florida, the Governor's lead agency for national service and volunteerism. She provides volunteer management training and support to government entities and nonprofit organizations across the state. She is the Chair of the Volunteerism and Charitable Giving Workgroup for Florida Civic Advance, and a board member for the Florida Association for Volunteer Resource Management.  She has earned a Master of Social Work degree  from FSU with a concentration in Social Policy and Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in communications, with a major in public relations from the University of Florida.
